Access the Notifications Panel
Click on Notifications in the main top navigation menu (as currently selected) to open the list of existing alerts.
Initiate Creation
Click the blue New button located at the top-left of the Notifications panel.
Select Target Units
- Choose the vehicles or units to monitor by checking their corresponding boxes.
- Click Next to proceed.
Choose Notification Type
Select the trigger condition for your alert from the menu (e.g., Speeding, Geofence (Entering/Exiting), Ignition On/Off, Sensor Value, or Maintenance), then click Next.
Configure Trigger Parameters
Set the specific threshold or parameters for your selected trigger (for example, maximum allowed speed in mph, specific geofence zone, or sensor thresholds) and click Next.
Define Actions & Delivery
Set up how you want to be notified:
- Select alert channels such as Email, SMS, or In-App Popups.
- Customize the alert message text and notification sound if applicable.
- Click Next.
